Non-Stone Corporation Limited supports and respects the protection of international human rights within the sphere of our influence, and ensures that we are not complicit in human rights abuses.
We comply with our company policies, national and international legal obligations, and we respect international instruments and their interpretation on social accountability issues. We ensure this policy is reviewed periodically and communicated to all personnel in the company.
• Forced and Compulsory Labor
We ensure that all employments are voluntary. No personnel are required to surrender identity papers or lodge deposit as a condition of employment.
• Child Labor
We comply with local minimum age requirements and will not knowingly employ any person less than 15 years of age.
• Health and Safety
We provide a healthy and safe working environment, and take effective steps to prevent potential accidents and injury to health by minimizing hazards and providing adequate training.
• Discrimination

• Working Hours
We comply with national labor standards act on working hours, public holidays and overtime compensation requirements.
• Remuneration
We ensure that wages paid must meet all minimum legal standards and provide sufficient income for basic needs, with at least some discretionary income.
• Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining
We respect the rights of personnel to form, join, and organize labor unions and to bargain collectively without fear of reprisals, in accordance with local laws and established practice.
